BQ Leather Products Co., Ltd has a work force of around 300 workers working in the leather seat factory. Until recently the factory has only been manufacturing seat covers for the local and domestic markets. The basic production capacity for the factory is around 8000 kits per month. The management system is up to ISO9001:2000 standard, the environmental management system is up to the ISO14001 standard and the quality management is up to the ISO/TS 16949 automobile industry standard.
For the export line, BQ Leather Seat only use the auto quality leather with fire retardant foam, the Durkopp Adler sewing machines, and the highly trained pattern makers and machinists to produce the best fitting seat covers available. All BQ Leather Seat covers are offered with an 18 month limited warranty.
